PANJOMA has been licensed by Sacred Cow Productions again! (Sacred Cow featured Panjoma in their nationally acclaimed documentary "American Drug War"/ SCP is also known for their work with the late comedian Bill Hicks). SCP will be featuring 2 songs from Panjoma's new album 'Trixster God' ('Unfolding' and a special edition instramental version of 'Reel') in their upcoming documentary "How Weed Won The West".

PANJOMA is celebrating our third release 'Trixster Dog' which will officially be available on the www digitally and at all your favorite music stores July 1st, 2009. We'll also be commerating the release with our first tour! We'll kick off in Austin... more details soon...

PANJOMA got to open for My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult at the Thunder of Gods Festival Friday May 8th, 2009. The festival was a freakin DISASTER, it was shut down Saturday morning and a lot of bands got the short of the stick being left unpaid and without a gig (some bands traveled from out of state, some from out the country for this, so it was a really bad deal for them). Fortunately the festival was still kickin' Friday night and not only did we have a blast but we also opened for Thrill Kill plus local acts SubNatural, Chant, and DubNautica.

PANJOMA is featured in this week's Austinist editorial Le Diamant Brut

PANJOMA is on BreakThru radio - with DJ Adi of River Runs Red on breakthruradio.com

PANJOMA is featured via the GRID in NU Magazine.

Panjoma is featured on the soundtrack for the Sacred Cow Productions documentar! American Drug War, a relentless and powerful documetary about the corruption behind the drug war. Two tracks from our self-titled debut release are featured, 'Subaquatic Cellular Supersmile' and 'Magnificant'. This film is owner Kevin Booth's first feature film. Sacred Cow Productions is better known for it's popular Bill Hicks, Joe Rogan, and Doug Stanhope stand-up productions and for it's Alex Jones features.

It was mighty nice of the Chronicle to give PANJOMA a nodd as a "relative highlight" in it's brutal depiction of the ATX Underground's Concrete: Vol. 1 compilation cd in it's May 16th, 2008 issue where PANJOMA's track on the compilation, Subaquatic Cellular Supermile, received the meaningless but nevertheless very cool dub, "electroshock therapy". Thanks guys!
