panjoma

Panjoma,
formerly known as Happy Panjoma, is an Austin, Texas based LIVE electronics/
hybrid band featuring a singer, bassist, and synth/ beat/ midi guru.
Dubbed
by the Austin Chronicle as ‘electroshock therapy” (ATXU
Compilation review, 2008), Panjoma is slowly infiltrating the Austin
underground, has released 3 albums with 7-inch vinyl on the way, and
has already obtained 3 licensing deals. Panjoma has been featured in
a nationally acclaimed documentary by Austin’s favorite homegrown
alternative social commentary and comedy gurus ‘Sacred Cow Productions’.
(American Drug War: The Last White Hope/ Sacred Cow is also known for
their work with the late comedian Bill Hicks). Sacred Cow has also just
licensed two songs from Panjoma's latest album, 'Trixster God', for
their new documentary (How Weed Won the West). You can also find Panjoma
on the soundtrack for Sweat Shop, a new award winning horror film from
Odyssee Pictures.

riTch
N - known
for various things across the nation... from his almost autistic knowledge
of circuitry, skills in the production studio, constant rambling and
his shiney red vinyl pants.. riTch's abilities supercede themselves
as he constantly gives birth to new beats and sounds.
Helming
from NY he grew up recording junk into shitty computers. Eventually
branching out in various fields of art & technology he ported around
the country searching for like-minded, conscious based beings. Ritch
is a graphic design guru, having studied the craft both academically
and privately.
Some
of riTch's other projects include subNatural,
Carbon
Theory, and Personacide.

Mary
Henderson
- aka Hannabella was born, raised, and educated in Austin and London.
She has both academically and privately studied piano, music theory,
jazz vox, guitar, electronic music, studio production and post-production.
Mary holds two degrees in philosophy, one with a minor in music, and
thoroughly enjoys completely losing her identity in abstract converstaions
about reality manifestation, idealism, and the philosophy of quantum
mechanics.
To
demonstrate the contradiction that is Mary... Mary was kicked out of
high school at age 14, and her way of rebelling against that was to
go raise hell about it to a judge, get a GED early and start college
at 16. Mary also continues to live the life of a normal human being
depsite having discovered that she was alien some years ago.
Generally
speaking Mary is a crazy bitch but she more than makes up for this with
her relentless drive and her musical and production capabilities. Some
of Mary's other contributions are included in such projects as Muppletone,
Personacide,
This
Is My Dark Side, and The
Austin Philosophical Society.
